      I bought this cookbook a few years ago, and it's wonderful! It's a hardcover, but the covers are padded; I've spilled things on this cookbook, and all I need to do is wipe it clean. The index in this book is one of the best I've seen. The great thing about these recipes is that they use products that you probably already have on your shelves/5(5).
